How we deliver
HomeMart is an online-only retailer. We do not have a showroom or a pickup counter — every order is dispatched through our Auckland warehouse operation and sent by courier or freight.
Most in-stock orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Standard courier delivery typically takes 2–3 working days to urban addresses, with rural deliveries usually taking an additional 1–2 working days.
Larger items travel by freight, typically within 2–5 working days. Some oversized items may be delivered to a local depot rather than to your door, depending on item size and access at your address. Full details are on our shipping information page.
