Ordered this desk for my daughter. I took everything out of the box and there's parts in there that don't belong. There's lots of missing parts and no instructions, not that that would matter because I don't have parts. Have sent an email so hopefully I hear back very soon.

Got a Superking bed for a great price and very comfortable. The postage is so good actually came the same week of purchase, however homemart could be better at sending dispatch emails. Second time purchasing from here. Happy customer tbh
Needs better instructions, they were too small and the numbers were all little and hard to read and labels were on incorrect pieces

All of the screw kit was missing from my bed frame making it impossible to assemble the bed. As a result I had to sleep on the floor for DAYS while this issue was resolved. Still have not received missing parts, no refund offered for inconvenience.

Arrived quite quick but did not receive an update on the tracking so it just showed up randomly at my door - thankfully one of my flat mates brought the package in. Desk itself is quite sturdy and was easy enough to assemble together. Perfect for the small space I have in my room

Instructions hard to read & follow but OK. Everything included and arrived without damage. Took this old man 2.5 hrs to build.
