I cannot speak about the product but I am reviewing the delivery fee and lack there off. I placed my order and paid $115.50 for rural delivery only to be contact by the store to be told they will not deliver my item to my door even when I paid for rural delivery. I was given the option to pick the item up from their couriers depot or have it sent to another urban address to collect myself.
This is very disappointing as I paid for rural delivery and was told to collect it myself. I asked if another courier could delivery the item and was told no they do not use any other couriers. I am still waiting for my refund as this stage.
