No feedback for tracking my parcel as with previous deliveries from different companies.we had a dispatch order then a delivery 5 days later without a in between.Trying to access the portal for updates was a no go so without updates I was unable to plan my days for fear the package would be delivered without my knowledge and from previous experience left in the corridor for anyone.With only a photo sent to email and unable to access without internet connection.annoying frustrating and smug customer service.almost a whole week for without the ability to get any updates until it suits the delivery company .Just send out a questionnaire with poor to excellent with tick box . Would definitely give a can’t be bothered too much time spent on social media probably.and a most likely when my package arrives.too much flights of stairs,dump it in the corridor,take a quick pic push send and take no responsibility because I did the best I could and let’s flick a quick patronising email.yup that’s what sums up your company and service lackadaisical after this delivery I hope we’re done,but your business is a reflection of what is typically a practice tried and true.walk in and get paid buzz

I LIVE IN A RURAL AREA AND IT WAS NOT UNTIL AFTER I PURCHASED AND PAID FOR MY ITEMS THAT I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY COULD NOT DELIVER 2 OF THE 3 PIECES I ORDERED, DUE TO IT NOW BEING DEEMED OVERSIZED, (KING BED/KING MATTRESS), THE 5 PIECE DINING SET WAS ABLE TO BE DELIVERED. I PAID $320 FOR THE DELIVERY. I WAS THEN DIRECTED TO GO TO THE WHANGAREI DEPOT TO COLLECT THE BED SET. THIS TOOK DAYS BEFORE IT WAS THERE AND THEN DAYS BEFORE THEY CONTACTED ME TO COLLECT. THE DEPOT STAFF WERE EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. MY BEEF IS WITH HOMEMART THE SITE, I SHOULD HVE BEEN INFORMED PRIOR ABOUT DELIVERIES TO RURAL AREAS AND WHAT IS DEEMED AS "OVERSIZE", BUT I WAS NOT. I WAS HOWEVER REIMBURSED SOME OF THE DELIVERY COST BUT SERIOUSLY IT AMOUNTED TO THE SAME AS HAVING TO TRAVEL TO WHANGAREI AND COLLECT IT. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
Horrible. It’s unstable and wobbles with every small movement, one screw didn’t even have ridges on it to screw it. One of the holes don’t even align with the screw and just not good. Do not recommend

We purchased a wardrobe and tall boy. It took less than three days to arrive. While it took seven hours to put them together the instructions were mostly straightforward with all pieces provided. The result was a lovely bedroom refresh for a small apartment adding significant storage space.

Very disappointed with the whole process and experience. I ordered almost a month ago and I only received only one of the 2 items. For the other two items (classed as oversized), I was optioned with a pickup at the depot in Whangarei or another suitable local address for my items to be sent to, as I was told that the oversized items (King bed/King mattress) cant be delivered to the rural address I am at. In saying that, the 5 pce dining set I brought was delivered, go figure! I am still waiting for updates on when I can pickup from the depot for the King Bed/Mattress. I have purchased a 3 seater lounge with chaise from the Warehouse in Waipapa, a 6k washing machine and 7k clothes dryer and all those items were delivered in less that 7 days to my rural address and with a delivery fee of $30. Homemart, did not make me it known on the website about delivery to rural areas for oversized items. Homemart, I am very disappointed that I paid $380 for a delivery fee (less $134, as this was returned). I paid $319 for the 5 pce dining set and charged for delivery $246, how do you justify that kind of fee? I will never buy from Homemart again!
Awesome product and was easy to put together. Super fast delivery too! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars as one chair was damaged and I had to fix it. The stays bent over maybe in transit? But otherwise all good!

The pieces for the chest of drawers arrived quickly and well packaged. The finish is good and the instructions clear. Although we took care in following the instructions, the fit of the drawers was not very uniform with no way to easily make adjustments to have a flush fit. Still, it looks good and it was a good price so we are happy with it.

We are very happy with the wardrobe we chose. Delivery was prompt for an oversized product. Communication was excellent and the instruction booklet was very good. We will use Homemart again if we require any further furniture.

This is of excellent quality but is a set of drawers - none of which is deep enough for a filing drawer - the deepest 2 are about 150mm . The instructions need a lot of perusing to understand but once understood they are comprehensive. I mistakenly put the bottom plate on the top and the locking system seemed impossible to dislodge until I remembered my grandmother's fine crochet hook which I managed to get in position and lift the locking nut out of the hole.
