While we're happy with the product itself and the speed of delivery, the customer service and communication were awful. We received no updates or tracking information after placing our order, and the product arrived unexpectedly a couple of days later. Better communication would significantly improve the overall experience.

Awesome computer desk. Narrow, so it doesn't take up too much space, but sturdy and stable.

Received no notifications about the tracking number or status of delivery in comparison to other online furniture sites. Haven't received the complete order yet so cannot comment on the products yet.
I bought a bed frame, only a couple pieces of it was in the box despite the box despite the box saying 1 of 1. I need this fixed asap as im sleeping with my mattress on the floor.

Delivered quickly, no damage and all parts included, and instructions were clear enough to follow. Really didn’t consider the overall height, either at a seated position or the bookshelf above. Product is good though, just needs to be taller
Very disappointed with the general quality of the desk, you get what you pay though. However the worst is the inadequate dimensions, leg clearance is not even good enough for a toddler to sit comfortably.
Hi - thanks for the speedy delivery, However, it is very confusing to understand when the undelivered item will be delivered. There si no reference back to the orginial order on what is delivered, being processed etc. As of today I have an outstanding irtem with no details on where this is in the order process.

Only issue is numbering was hard to read or some cases no numbering at all.
Good TV Cabinet in the end but confusing instructions to put together. Can’t use the screw driver to assemble it (included) need a power drill
Unclear instructions for assembly. End product satisfactory. Has began to creek after around 2 weeks of use. Reasonably low quality

Why did they not get sent together
Ordered this desk for my daughter. I took everything out of the box and there's parts in there that don't belong. There's lots of missing parts and no instructions, not that that would matter because I don't have parts. Have sent an email so hopefully I hear back very soon.
