A solid gazebo. Quite difficult to put up on my own. Hopefully with time it will loosen. Would have liked the sides to be in 3 separate pieces as sometimes I don't use all the sides for air flow.
Very happy with the final product although the instructions were a bit tricky to follow but got there in the end, the drawers look so nice in our bedroom and they are of good quality, good value for money

The final product looks very nice, but there are multiple components of the assembly that do not sufficiently indicate the orientation. I don't mean "are the holes facing up or down" but rather "should it be rotated 180 degrees or not"?
The consequence was I spent nearly 3 hours taking it apart and putting it back together before finally getting it right. Simple arrow marker stickers on the board or other orientation markers in the instruction manual would have prevented this.
I got to the last page, and only then realized the top bar above the doors needed to be rotated in this way, but having already screwed in 12 other holes and becoming very frustrated I opted to not bother.
The other issue was the lack of stickers to cover the wide screws. The kit came with two strips of about 6-8 but in total there were about 30 screwheads to cover in the kit. As a result I have "some" covered, and "some" exposed metal screwheads, which just doesn't look nice. A finished furniture product should include enough covers for all visible screws.
Delivery was speedy. Haven’t used topper yet as was for caravan. Looks good.
Service was very good, Fair price, quick delivery. The mattress is the perfect fit for my van and just right for me in terms of support and comfort. I like that it is in three sections connected with zippers making it versatile. I recommend it for campervans or as a guest mattress at home.
Unfortunately you provided me with two wrong pieces (number 9) that don’t match the 6 and 7 ones (pictures). Indeed, the piece number 6 misses a hole for one of the screws (marked as B).
It is a disappointing situation, so I kindly request you how to proceed with this issue.
Ordered on 4/1/26, emailed after two weeks, have been emailing constantly. Then one item was out of stock. Today is 19/1/26 and received 2 x items today and still awaiting on one.
Base and mattress bought separately. Nice quality. Comfy mattress was vacuumed packed. Prompt delivery.
