I received my order promptly but when I got it, there was a hefty amount of damage to the box. As I unboxed and tried to assemble it(2 persons), I seen that one of the corner pieces was damaged, bent quite badly which is not cool considering the price you pay for items nowadays. It came in 2 separate packages, one being the bones and the other the skin. Quite confused to why there isn’t any instructions that comes with it, this is my first time assembling something like this. I haven’t set it up yet as needing more hands. Definitely need 4+ people to assemble this contraption. Worth the price but maybe needs to be packaged a bit better with maybe some foam, considering we pay for shipping

My order arrived in two days. Well packed. easy to read instructions and assembled in no time. especially for home
Great value for money. Way more storage then I expected!!! Easy to assemble...but....need more instruction on how to get the gas lift working. We had to Google how to activate them. Basically we had th give them a short hard push down on the angle they are when in lift position. Also no I structures on the base feet. Put these on first!!!!! We didn't and it got tricky tipping the bed as the lift section sprang out unexpectidly. All in all very happy. Delivery service excellent.
Great communication and fast delivery
Bought two furniture items. They were good for the purposes we bought it for, looks good and was well priced for what it was. I’d like to mention this is not heavy duty stuff, but well priced for its quality and purpose. It was couriered but one item took a bit longer. The only draw back is that there is zero personal human communication, communication is by email or a website chat bot so if you anything like me who needs human personal assurance on the whereabouts of your order and what’s happened to your purchase, you will just have to wait it out to happen, but this place is legit and stuff does arrive well packaged. One bad experience I had was the courier they used. The first item was sent by nz post, and the courier diver was lazy, they didn’t follow delivery instructions, they drove up to the driveway, we saw them arrive by cctv, saw they had to get out of their van to ring a gate bell, got lazy and decided to zoom off immediately, we had to chase the van down to get our stuff. The second courier was much better. So when you purchase make sure to write a note about getting a reliable delivery company.
This table is flimsy to set up, and still quite flimsy when it's built. Most of the given bolts are not long enough to hold the nut, and the tabletop bolt holes do not 100% line up with the desk itself. Need dowells or something to line things up correctly. The finish on the tabletops are pretty rough around the edges. Instruction guide is all pictures and no words, and with many *similar* components, it was difficult to determine exactly which part was needed at every step.
