Like sleeping on a cloud not to sort or hard just right

To be honest, very disappointed in the delivery. We received our order but only in parts. The bed we ordered is missing or never delivered and no one can tell me where the bed is we ordered. We also order 2 Lowboys, but only received 3 of the 4 boxes for each Lowboy, therefore can not assemble it, just standing in boxes can not be used. Contacted Home mart, but no ones comes back to me to support to find out where the rest of my boxes are. I have paid thousands of dollars for furniture that went missing or partially delivered which is disappointing and concerned that I might give us trying to find out where my stuff is and except now that I have lost a big amount of money.

I was asked to review my order yet I have received nothing nor have I received any email notification as to when I should expect it, I ordered and paid on the 6 August, today is the 10 August, surely an email should have been sent advising me on an estimated time?

Received no notifications about the tracking number or status of delivery in comparison to other online furniture sites. Haven't received the complete order yet so cannot comment on the products yet.

So quick, easy and superb service! And an even better mattress! Would definitely recommend!
