The 5 Zone Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper in King Single is 107cm x 203cm, 3.9kg, cut to a NZ King Single — 17cm wider and 13cm longer than a Single. Made for a teenager whose bed is firmer than they would like, short of replacing the mattress.

It is 5cm thick — the thinnest and lightest topper we stock. The foam is 35kg/m³ — that is how much foam is in it, which decides whether it still holds its shape in two years, not how firm it feels. The five zones are pressed into the foam itself, not printed on the cover — so the surface genuinely gives differently in different places, rather than only looking like it does.

Be honest about how hard your bed actually is. 5cm changes a mattress that is a little firmer than you want. It will not rescue a genuinely hard one — for that you want 8cm, and we stock two. And no topper fixes a mattress that sags — lay a straight edge across yours and look at the gap. A visible dip means you need a mattress, not a topper.

The cover is bamboo fabric and unzips on three sides, so it washes separately from the foam. A cool wash removes most dust-mite allergen; killing the mites takes 55°C, which most home machines will not reach. A cover you can take off beats a topper you cannot. Non-slip base, no straps. At 3.9kg it rolls up and carries between beds.
