Great product, delivered very quickly
Fast delivery of order, equipment very sturdy.
I'm asking for cancellation and refund for the ordered item because I haven't received the parcel due to NZ post delivery problem.
There is no fault on my side, and NZ post won't pay compensation to me, as a receiver, but it will be paid to a sender, HOMEMART.
I've been asking by email or chat to HOMEMART to cancel my order and refund, no reply I received so far.
Very unhappy about the shop responce, I will probably never shop with them.
