My mum bought a wardrobe from Homemart for my son’s room as a birthday gift. The wardrobe they sent was faulty. I emailed them, and they responded, acknowledging that they were aware the product was faulty. They offered me replacement parts for the faulty pieces.

However, when the replacement parts arrived, they were damaged. I emailed them again to request a refund. They said they would only refund my money after collecting the wardrobe, but they haven’t contacted me to arrange a pickup date.

There is no phone number to call; all communication is via email. They take 4–5 working days to respond. In the process of assembling the wardrobe, I had to remove the old one, so now my son's room is a mess, with clothes everywhere.

They are fraud
