The Lina Armchair - Light Grey is shaped for that — a tall back above a low, broad seat, light grey fabric, rubberwood legs — and it is light enough to lift one-handed by the underside of the seat, which is how you will vacuum under it.
The seat is 41cm off the floor, low enough that your knees finish higher than your hips once you are in it. Your weight goes backwards from there and has to land on something: the back runs to 79cm, high enough to catch you above the shoulder blades. Take that back down to the height of a tub chair and the same low seat would leave you holding yourself up.
