Bad product and customer service

The paint job on this dressing table is horrible, I had to buy silver sparkles to try and hide all the smudges and terrible marks. My 10 year old was so disappointed, and I felt horrible that she is stuck with this dressing table. The drawer was chipped and mirror scratched all over, and the lock is rusted...I complained and got a quick response saying they will credit me $30...I'm still waiting for the partial refund, and since that first response, never heard back again.
